I definitely like the quality of time put into the service and knowledge of the products and temperature for my floors and carpet.
They had a special running when I got my carpets cleaned so the price was a bit cheaper. They were friendly and upfront about cost, availability, and what to expect. I did not receive a call/text ahead of time as they said would happen but they came in the 3 hour window. It only took them under an hour to finish 3 rooms.
Brian was wonderful and represented your company above and beyond. I have used ZeroRez for over 5 years in Arizona and now will continue using them and your company. I hope to have Brian continue servicing our carpet and furniture Thank you!
