Easy to schedule, reasonably priced, on-time, always communicates arrival time or running late. The treatment they use on your rugs leaves no soapy residue, fresh smelling, and dries totally by the next day.

They have always been able to remove our stains in the carpets; however, this time the Tech immediately stated he wouldn’t be able to get the stain out. He applied “Level 1 and Level 2” on the stain (estra cost). Most came up; however, a small patch remained. We were a bit disappointed this time.

We have continued to use this company for over 10+ years.

Tech was very professional and took great care to explain process and prepare my areas to be cleaned. He had me check on his work as he finished each area. Took care in making sure corners were protected and I did not need to clean up other areas. He provided follow up instructions. I was very pleased with the work.

Diamond is the name of our technician. He arrived when he said he would, walked about and we talked about what needed to be done and then we agreed on a price. He finished our rug cleaning in about 2 hours and were extremely satisfied. There was no residue and the carpets felt soft and clean!

Very professional and on time

Overall service is really good and the technician always do a good job. However, my one and only concern is the price charged for area rugs. Area rugs are almost doubled the price of a regular carpeted room. I have area rugs throughout my home. That said, and due to Zerorez high cost to clean area rugs, I will eventually have to look for another company to shampoo my rugs
