Our Zerorez technician, Nizhole, arrived on time and listened carefully to our desired carpet cleaning areas. He worked efficiently and was in and out of here in a very reasonable amount of time. The result of his cleaning has made a positively significant improvement in the appearance and feel of our carpet.

The crew was very professional, on time and efficient. It was easy to make an appointment online and discuss the pricing via phone, so everything was expected. No surprises or addtional fees/costs.

When a couple of areas needed more attention, they came back without hesitation and took care of the problem.
