Really great communication before the appointment and a personal visit afterward to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. There were some areas that need to be redone and they will be out soon to do that.
This company is hands-down the best company I’ve ever used. They are so efficient the products that they use amazing they have made my carpets come back to Life. I’ve had them clean, upholstery and I am never ever disappointed one of their service. Tex even went above and beyond by getting on his hands and knees to scrub the slime off a little area in the carpet, which I was kind of very, very impressed. I highly highly recommend this company.

I like that they are a bit flexible with what they will clean. They will try to upsell you on some items, but they do a good job of explaining why and they will take “no” for an answer. They are on time and efficient.
