When I called to schedule an appointment I figured it would be a few weeks out but I was scheduled in later the same week.
The communication of plans on arrival time, evaluating what needs to be done, and follow up are excellent.
My tech was very thorough step by step. He spent 8 hours on my carpeted. His attitude was top notch. Answered any and all questions and did the work with a smile and a promise to come back until I was satisfied. He did indeed check on the progress the next morning and made a plan to come back a few days later. As promised he returned and went over the area again another day. The tough pet stains and any smell is completely gone as he said it would be. In my opinion, he went above and beyond in the area of customer service. A huge shout out to ZEROREZ for their great company work ethic and service they provide. I am sure that all of the cleaning techs are wonderful but our experience with DAN gave me back faith in a company and persontrying to "do the right thing" and genuinely meaning it. Next time i will be requesting Dan to come back. Thanks again!!

Non shampoo cleaner

Professional and courteous staff. My carpet was well cleaned.

My carpet cleaning job was completed with an adequate "B" rating.
However, the Tech was too fast.
Phycis demands a speed that allows the vacuum time to pick up ALL the dirt and debris and draw out ALL the moisture thoroughly. When I vacuumed the carpets after allowing time to dry completely, the dirt monitor on my machine flashed too much.
I have memory foam padding under my carpet therefore it took over six hours to dry! The equipment was dirty and worn out. Dragging the hoses across my driveway is disgusting! Your tech brings in more contaminants than exist in my house!
Your tech needs better manners. I pointed out a small section that was missed in the final step and his reply was "I Know!"
I am a long-term customer and love your method of cleaning my carpets! I will call again the next time I need them cleaned!
