This was the first time we had used Zerorez for duct cleaning. We have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning in the past. Your staff is always prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Tim and Alex were here on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024, for our duct work to be cleaned. They did a wonderful job. They told us about the process and went to work. They definitely deserve a 10 rating!! Highly professional and technically knowledgeable regarding a variety of cleaning challenges in my home. They bring a high level of attention to detail, experience and minimal disruption while working. They move and replace furniture as needed and are helpful in advising how to handle DIY spot cleaning. Pricing is very fair and reasonable.

The tech was very pleasant. He did let me know what he was going to do prior to doing it. He did a very good job. The carpets are still a little damp today but it appears most of the stains are gone for now. Hopefully, they will not return as the carpet dries and we walk on the carpet.
