The technician came when he said he would be here. Did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Did tell is that there still is a wear issue and even though clean, it will still show. He was correct…..but acceptable. It was mostly soiled. He was very thorough. Will use this service again.
Technicians communicated their estimated time of arrival. They asked for my expectations and did an excellent job. The carpet was not over wet and dried within 4-6 hour window.

The technician who performed my home carpet cleaning arrived within the time frame arranged, did an initial inspection of the areas to be cleaned, and discussed with me any modifications of areas and extra treatments needed. He was very friendly and professional and answered any of my questions as the cleaning progressed.
