My carpets feels so clean and they dry completely within a few hours! No chemicals and no soap; Just, hot water and enzymes. Joe was fantastic! Such a great tech. As always, we are thrilled with Zerorez and that’s why we’ve been customers for 14 years!

I was worried the 4+ year old stains in our carpet would not come out and was pleasantly surprised that they did! Our ZeroRez serviceman communicated exactly as promised, arrived on time and was kind and respectful. The carpet came out great even though it had been awhile since I had the carpet cleaned. The 2 guys were super helpful with moving furniture and putting the pieces back in place. The carpet dries quickly as well.

I think it would be nice if the carpet cleaners had cards with their names on them so I could easily identify them to thank. I have to call and get them as I want them to come back and clean my tile floor in the kitchen!
