Marcus with Zerorez did a fantastic job at our home. We have a multi-generational home on three stories. In addition, we have two kids under 8 and two elderly dogs. I don't think you have to read between the lines to know how much dirt, and misc. accidents can be generated over two years. Our carpets were in dire need of cleaning with several spots that needed pretreatment or deep cleaning.
We couldn't be happier with the professional attention and ability to work within our budget to accomplish a stellar result.
Marcus listened to our concerns for safety for children and animals, and thankfully had products that wouldn't harm any of us.

I RECENTLY HAD A CHAIR, A SOFA, AND THE CARPET CLEANED. ALL LOOK GOOD AND SMELL CLEAN. MY OLD DIRTY COUCH IS NOW BRIGHT AGAIN. NICK KNOWS THE WORK AND EVEN TAUGHT ME A THING OR TWO. HE TESTED THE SOFA FABRIC BEFORE CLEANING. DRY IN LESS THAN 24HRS. I WOULD HAPPILY USE ZEROREZ AGAIN.

This was the best carpet and tile cleaning experience I have ever had. The technicians were very professional, excellent, very experienced, courteous, and friendly. They paid special attention to corners, around base boards, under doors, and did an excellent job on cleaning the grout and sealing it. I will never use anyone else again.

I would like to recognize the two technicians that did such a great job, but when I try to open the invoice, this is what it says "Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this page because it may contain malicious activity". If you can acknowledge them for me in my comments, that would be great.
