Our carpet really needed cleaning, that being said, the guys did a very good job at cleaning them , as they said some of the stains may not be totally removed and the were right. The spots however are barely seen. The young gentlemen who serviced our home were courteous and thorough.

Did not take long to do rug cleaning once it was started. Did have to wait quite awhile before service person called and said they were running late. But once they showed up they got to work and finished the job.

The carpeting looks, feels, and smells so fresh after a Zerorez cleaning.

Just when you think the service cannot get better, along comes Jose! He used the agitator to expose the deepest areas of the carpet and then applied the stain solution, in a few places, twice, from what I understood. He also recommended their powdered cleaner mix for in-between services. In addition, he was very good-natured despite the chaos outside my home, as many service trucks were parked around my home, and there were workers up and down the ladder, repairing my balcony. Kudos!
