I had an amazing customer service experience. From initially placing the order on the website, to the technician allowing me to leave a key in the lockbox, to him calling me and asking me if I wanted him to focus on any particular area of the rug that may require more attention, to coming home and seeing my rug looking like it was just recently installed, every aspect of my experience was great! I love the fact that the company doesn’t use soap, but a special type of water that you can even drink! Their technology doesn't leave a residue, which speeds up newly-cleaned rugs re attracting dirt. I will definitely place my next appointment with ZeroRez again. I will always recommend my friends and family use this company.

Quality work and professional staff
Mattress are so fresh and clean! They did a great job. I noticed they're hoes leaked water out of the end on the carpet when they were carrying stuff in and I had to wipe it up. But my carpets look great and they're so fresh and clean. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.
