I had two large rugs cleaned. The pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. They came when I asked. My rugs look beautiful!!!! This is the second time I’ve used this company and I will again!!

We have used Zerorez for years because as they advertise, there is no soap residue left in our carpets after they leave. The dirty spots that we had do not re-appear within a month as they used to when we used other carpet cleaning companies.

The people who do the cleaning are trained well and are courteous and friendly. Daniel, who just cleaned my sister's apartment this week did an outstanding job. There were lots of dirty spots on the carpet and he took extra care to make sure that the spots were not there when he left. My brother-in-law was so happy to have the carpet look and feel so clean. His wife fell and broke her hip, had surgery and has been in a rehabilation center. She is coming home tomorrow to a clean apartment. Thank you Zerorez for providing the carpet cleaning for them because they do not have the ability to pay for such a service. My brother-in-law was going to try to clean the carpets himself with a carpet cleaner soap and some towels. Thanks to the generosity of Zerorez, my sister gets to finish her recovery at home in a clean with very clean carpets.
