We were very impressed with how well the carpet turned out and Joseph did an excellent job explaining things and telling us the best options for us . He was efficient , thorough , and added some extra carpet area to do on short notice and did it very willingly . Would highly recommend both Joseph and Zerorez !
How quickly i was able to get my appointment, the prompt service, the amazing quality of the service itself, let alone the technician being so professional! So much to say about Zerorez, I will be getting them back here to my home to do my stairs and another room or two!

Zerorez come into the come and they are ready to get the job done. The Tech complets an evaluation of what needs to be done. The carpet looks like new and most importantly its soft and not hard when you walk on it.
