Our technician, Ty, was outstanding. After a call stating that the couldn’t arrive until our end time, I was poised to reschedule. But I received a call from Ty, and he was here within 39 minutes, during our scheduled window. Terrific leader. The carpets are quite excellent due to his detail oriented approach. I hope you promote Ty based on the professional handling of our stated appointment. Ty needs to be in a management role and trainer for all your technicians. Without Ty’s intervention, I would never have utilized the service, due to your other technicians failure to meet out scheduled appointment. Hire more technicians and managers like Ty.
