We were trying to decide whether to replace the carpet in 3 rooms or get them cleaned one more time. We elected to get them cleaned and glad we did--the Zerorez process makes the carpets look great.

I am not sure about the products, but the services was wonderful. I assume the stain I was concerned about was removed by a product, So I assume I should say it was good as well.

Shane was very thorough! It was easy to book the appointment.

I liked that the area rug could be cleaned while still on the hardwood floors without damaging the hardwood. Technician worked really hard and got my rug cleaned really well and then after it dried i noticed an area that wasn't quite as clean as the rest but you couldn't tell while the rug was still wet and they came back and redid the area again for no charge. Professional, well priced. I was very pleased with their service on both trips.

They come on time and and the service techs have always been professional and are great about setting your expectations for what can and can not be cleaned.

The Technician was very polite and conscientious. The cleaning was done better than we expected. We were advised as to the drying time and found that information to be right on. At the end of the day, we will always call Zerorez. Thank You!

The service!! From start to finish. Booking was very easy. I REALLY wish I could remember our guys name because he went above and beyond. So professional. Carpets in all three rooms looked much better and most visable stains were pretty much gone. Some were still slightly visible, which he prepared us for. Thank you very much for an outstanding service.
