It was incredibly easy to schedule the service for our preferred day and time. We did receive notice that the employee was en route to our home, and he arrived early in our scheduled window. He was friendly and professional. Our carpets look good - no easy feat with some worn spots, kids and dogs. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

My white love seat looked like NEW!! and my carpets looked great!! I have an older dog and he had been loosing control on the living room carpet quite frequently.
