It was easy to set up appointment. Pricing was good. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Carpets look great!

The service was professional and timely. The finish product was excellent except in one highly soiled area that I called for a do over after it dried.

Thorough cleaning and great technician.

Excellent service!

Estaban was our service representative. He was very professional, understood his products and told us everything he was doing along the way. He waw impressive. He 3 rooms and a hallway. The hallway we have not been able to get clean before. The clean and restored the fibers like knew. I could not be more please with his service and results!!

Easy booking. We only have carpet on a split staircase a bit of the upstairs landing. Confirmed my appointment slot in a timely manner. Communications leading up to and day of appointment were spot on (no pun intended). Our cleaning team arrived at the top of our window, which almost never happens with any services or deliveries. The best part though was the team of two - they were very friendly, made great conversation and extremely efficient knowing I had two dogs in a room that needed to be let out post cleaning. Carpet dried quickly with some forced air afterwards and hasn't;t looked this good in years. Will definitely rebook Zerorez in the future.

I couldn't be happier. Very thankful for Zerorez

Great job! I will definitely use them again.

I had my rugs cleaned yesterday and the gentleman did an excellent job, explained exactly what he has going to do and how he was going to do it and where and made sure that what I requested what areas were going to be cleaned was what he has going to do. He cleaned up after the job has done and was very efficient, knowledgeable and will have Zerorez come back for a later cleaning when needed.

Thank-you!
