WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE PRODUCT IS THAT IT SMELLS GOOD AND DOES THE JOB VERY WELL. THE TECH'S ARE ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HOW THE CARPET SHOULD BE CLEANED.PLUS, JAY WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND DID HIS EXPECTED JOB IN A TIMLEY MANNER.

Our technician was fantastic! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and never once felt pushy about adding extra services. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us helpful information about future care and maintenance.

He cleaned an entire room as well as a spot from an accident, and the results were amazing. Seeing what came out of the carpet was honestly shocking—it really showed how much dirt had been trapped in there. The room looked incredible when he was finished.

I also had a huge, dark paint stain in the basement and didn’t have high expectations for it. While it isn’t completely gone, they did such a great job that it’s no longer the focal point of the room. The improvement is significant and exceeded my expectations.

The service was quick, the pricing was phenomenal, and the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend them!
