I am pleased with my Zerorez carpet cleaning. The tech that came Mr. Gerald was on time courteous and took care while working to protect corners etc. He took his time and did a wonderful job! Carpets looked great after cleaning and dried quickly.

Good Afternoon.
We worked with Brandon on Tuesday, and he did an incredible job. He did a full assessment initially so we were better able to understand what was needed versus our uncertainty. He was thorough and our house looked amazing when he finished. He was aware of the temperature and tried to minimize the level of chill we experienced while he was working. At the end, he gave us clear instructions on how to best allow the area to dry and what to expect. We would have him and you anytime, and I am just simply sorry you cannot do our floors (sanding, etc), which I also discussed with Brandon before his departure. I have known of Zerorez for years after listening to the FISH 104.7. I am just sorry I never got to you before now!

Technician Ryan B, is very customer focused with a friendly, professional appearance and demeanor. I noticed Ryan used equipment only few technicians use and I had thought should be used, because when Ryan finished my carpets they look like new. I'm happy Zero Rez has Ryan B and I will recommend him as technician when I refer friends to Zero Rez.

Carpets get clean and don’t stay wet for too long. Most recently I had dining room chairs cleaned as well. Luis C. did an excellent job - he tested prior to proceeding with the cleaning and took an exceptional amount of time and care with each chair.

I say this company is the best around! We hired them to clean our air ducts after a renovation done in our home. We also had our carpets cleaned at the same time. All the services were completed and the tech explained everything he was doing. everything looked great! After the carpet was dry, we noticed two areas that showed stains. We called the company and they sent
another tech the next day to address them. He was also great. The next morning the stain in the master bedroom was back. I was thinking they would not come back. They sent a manager out the next day and he did a special treatment and dried the carpet at the same time. The stain was gone and it has not come back!!! Great customer service and the price was great as well!

We have used their company for a few years now. The carpet we had has been replaced by wood flooring, so we had them out to clean a recliner and a sectional. Anthony texted when he was heading our way. When he arrived, he was very cordial and explained all that would be done. He did a great job of cleaning our pieces. I would recommend ZEROEZ and Anthony to get your furniture or carpet clean!!!
