Brian did a good job on a very stained carpet. He got the red wine filled on my new living room rug out, and then sprayed that area with a protectant. You seem to be allergic to the protector, so wish she couldn’t use that.
We had an excellent experience with Zerorez, especially with our technician, Brett. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and more than willing to answer any questions we had. He is a great representative for the company.
One thing I especially appreciated was learning that the cleaning products and process Zerorez uses are pet- and child-friendly. I may not have children, but my pets are absolutely my family, so that was very important to me. Brett noticed that we have dogs and made a point of explaining this to me, which I really appreciated.
