The feeling! There is a completely different feeling in my home after my carpets have been cleaned by Zerorez!! I feel it has something to do with the empowered water they use…My carpets feel clean and clear of any residue or chemicals. We have used a home carpet cleaner for decades, using various soaps. The heavy traffic areas never came completely clean. Carrying the machine up/down stairs was difficult. Now that my husband is almost 79, he decided we needed to hire someone to do this.

My friend who has sold Zerorez and used it for 30 years speaks so highly of it, that we decided to give it a try. My carpets have never looked cleaner. My only complaint is the "edge" of the stairs, leaving visible dirt there.

I also paid to have the kitchen tile grout cleaned. It was originally a light beige 35 years ago, but had turned black. I have been on my hands and knees to try cleaning it, scrubbing with various brushes, with vinegar, soda, and many soaps for years, and could not remove the black. Zerorez quickly removed most of the black. It is still black in areas where the machine was too large to get under the edge of cupboards or close enough to the appliances. It was such a great improvement, that I will ask to have that done again in the future.

I wish Zerorez had a smaller hand-held machine to clean the edges of stairs and get under cupboards and other areas too small for the large machine.

Friendly workers. Courteous workers. Only one thing they did not do after finishing each cleaning project is ask me to look and see if everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. Had a small area in my office that needed to be gone over again.

Zero Rez kept me informed about arrival time and any delays. They did an efficient job with minimum disruption. The technician was polite, nice, and professional. There was a problem with a blood stain and dark spots in front of the sofa still showing up when the carpet dried. The company sent out the technician (Ray ) the next day who used some extra stain remover and an extractor to get them clean at no charge. I do appreciate that there was no charge to do this. I am disappointed that it’s now company policy not to move the small furniture. I’ve been using Zero Rez for many years and will continue to do so.
