The personnel seemed competent and knowledgeable. There was honesty in what I could expect. The rugs were noticeably cleaner after the cleaning.

I especially like the young man who did my rugs. I didn’t catch his name. My husband thinks it could be Cody ( he’s bad and remembering names) He even went over heavy spots more than once. Carpets turned out beautiful.

I was delighted to see Elton, our technician, again. I love his consistency and I can always expect exemplary work! Elton is punctual and is completely prepared to handle the job. My favorite thing about him is that he uses precisely the amount of water needed to deep clean our carpet. That way, it dries within four to eight hours! (depending upon the level of humidity outdoors). We love the feeling of the fluffed up and renewed cushion. Thanks for taking care of us and greatly reducing the allergens in our house.

Didn’t take long to dry

I like the ease of scheduling and the transparency in the pricing.

Ted did a fabulous job with our carpets and grout. We thought we needed to have our grout replaced but this procedure brought it back to life. I would recommend this process and ZeroRez.

My technician was great. He worked hard to get some stains out. My carpet looks new!
