The appointment was easy to set up and the service was available for the time that I needed it. They work was done in a timely manner and I liked that the carpet smelled clean but not like it was full of chemicals. I am terrible with names so I don't remember the name of the technician that came to clean the carpet but he was super friendly.

Using corner protectors and very caring techniques moving hoses in and out of rooms and up and down the stairs! He cleaned and protected our furniture and carpets they turned out great! Also had him clean and protect our duct work which included 2 separate systems, well done Will, thank you!! Will definitely recommend!!

Your cleaning process is efficient, uses less water than others, and dries quickly. I appreciate the extra treatments for animal traces. Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Our confidence was bolstered by knowing that Kyle is associated with the Las Vegas, NV branch of Zerorez with whom we had an equally satisfying experience before we moved to Texas.

I love having the ability to schedule my own appointments. I have used Zeroez for years and they do a great job cleaning carpets. The carpets dry quickly and they have been able to remove a pet accident stain and odor. Brandon was very friendly and efficient.
