Would recommend any day. Had my carpet done by (I forgot his name) he came out to my place at Yale yesterday. Unbelievably cordial and professional. Did a great job of explaining everything since I’ve never had a professional carpet cleaner before. Was extremely careful around all the furniture to take the extra time to ensure nothing was damaged. Honestly that guy needs a BIG raise. Actually recommending your services to do my mom’s house as long as it’s the same tech.

It was very easy to make the appointment, and Paul the technician called prior to the appointment time. To let me know how far out he was from arriving, he was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend and would request him again to come again, he did a great job!

From what I can see, Zerorez has an excellent and well deserved reputation. My sweet (late) wife used to have Zerorez come every couple years to clean some of our rugs, especially the very large one. She was always pleased as they always seemed to do a good job. It has been 2 or 3 years and I found time to arrange for them to return. When I contact Zerorez, they respond! When you call Zerorez, a real person picks up quickly. And they're nice! That alone is a difference maker. Prices are very reasonable. Marcel was the technician who came this time. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I am very pleased and I know my darling wife would be happy too. Thank you again, Zerorez!

My service was done fast and the quality was excellent! Are service technician Brandon did a wonderful job and made sure we were happy before he left. He paid close attention to detail and I couldn't be happier how clean my carpets were when he left.

Great customer service - great information when I contacted. Very straightforward about pricing, pros and cons of different services, etc. Zerorez reached out once after my initial phone call but then left it up to me to call when I was ready. I appreciated the follow up reminder texts that were not TOO frequent. When I called to see if I could request to have my rugs cleaned first thing in the morning, Monica was very helpful, friendly and had a good sense of humor. Very pleasant to work with. Jonathan came to clean the rugs and was on time, worked quickly and did a great job on the rugs.
