My carpets were clean, no longer stained in a few spot. Just a fresh clean scent, there isn't a heavy cleaning scent. The technician communicated the estimated time for his arrival and even was able to come an hour earlier than what I had scheduled Very good customer service. I am very happy with Zerorez.

They came on time and we were ready. I know that was appreciated. They did the whole house and in a timely fashion. They were able to get the wine stains out; stains I had previously tried several times to clean. With three cats in the house, it's good to know that what is used to clean is non-toxic. We really like Zerorez!!

young man was very polite and easy to talk to, he explained everything and what the cost would be per room. i have a small dog and he explained that your products are eco friendly and wouldn't hurt the dog. he explained that your pet cleaning how it works and explained the other services you offer. very nice young man and he is an asset to your company, i have already recommended your company to two other friends of mine , i was very satisfied with the service and the young man who came. one thing i would suggest that all your vehicles carry business cards that you can hand out to customers for future referrals

The Zerorez technician was prompt, courteous, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Once he completed the service and the carpet dried, I was so impressed with how well the stains were lifted and how clean and refreshed the carpet looked.
