They were prompt and called 10 minutes before arrival. There was no hard sell to do more than I contracted for. They finished with in the 2 hour frame they promised. Then my neighbor came and asked them if they could clean her carpet. They agreed to and she was very happy with their work.

Adam Grant did a fantastic job on our carpets and answered all of my questions about the process very kindly! He did very efficient work and I was so happy with how the results looked!

The technician was very thorough and professional. He did an excellent job in cleaning my area rug and carpet. All areas dried quickly just as the technician explained. I have used ZeroRez many times before and will definitely use them again refer my family and friends.

Zerorez is at it's best when it's workers are committed to delivering the service and information that empower is customers to understand what to expect and what that entails. The three room treatment is probably the best package ever in steam cleaning history. I always go to it because living is exclusive but getting proper floor cleaning shouldn't out you in the poor house. I love everything about your cleaning process.. and only one have I been slightly disappointed by the technicians sent to my house. They anyways explain the process, the more concise the better but knowing what spots they can treat ahead of time really helps so that walkthrough is very important. it's essential that they do each of those steps. The last tech sent to my house was the best tech we've ever had he was personable, thorough, and proffesional. He completed each step of the process diligently and was able to over deliver on his spot treatment expectations.. Honestly is be his friend in any other day of the week. Hats off to him and the zerorez way. Thank you!

Whatever the tech used to rescue our carpet from all the "new pup" mishaps was amazing. We cleaned the areas immediately after the accidents, but it wasn't enough. We had pet stains galore.

Our technician was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. This is our second time enlisting zero rez's help, and it won't be the last. They did a great job!
