Everyone I dealt with at the company was very professional and the carpet cleaning turned out excellent. The technician showed up on time and made sure we were in complete agreement with everything (i.e. pricing, areas to be cleaned, trouble areas, etc.) before he got started. He did not rush through anything and did a great job on the carpets, especially those areas that needed the most attention. We were very pleased and satisfied with how the carpets came out.

Rafael did a great job discussing what carpets needed cleaning and options for the best outcome. His work was quick and thorough. He was friendly and professional. He made sure to get the stairs as clean and dry as possible. I highly recommend his work!

My only complaint is that the price seemed high, even though I got a Black Friday special. $500!

Customer service was great, very helpful and kind technicians. Even helped me move a chair I couldn’t lift and I was so appreciative. They went above and beyond. Brandon and Samuel on the carpets and Brandon and (I think Jeremy was the other gentleman) who did th furnace ducts and dryer vent. Very pleased with all of them.

systemThe smooth smell of the iproduct used to clean my furniture was fresh. it was light in smell and fresh clean smell in the air with a grand smell in my room as I smelled the living room area. The water used made me feel at ease that my material on my sofa would not be cleaned with a harsh chemicals it was being cleaned with a water system I felt comfortable to have used on sofa.

Sal competently, efficiently and conscientiously cleaned our carpets, including some areas where we could not spot clean effectively. He had a pleasant demeanor, explained the benefits of the ZeroRez cleaning process, and politely suggested additional services, When I asked about him personally, he said he and his wife were raising four children, had worked for ZeroRez for ten years, and wanted to make a difference through his work and raising his family. Polite, competent employees. One downside - I resent being asked for a tip. I am paying over $200 for a service in my home. My electrician doesn't ask for a tip. If you are a professional business, you don’t ask for a tip. Pay your employees a better wage. They were both very nice and I felt bad not leaving a tip but I just spent over $200! Not cool.
