I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Zerorez, all thanks to Brandon! He did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets and upholstery.
From start to finish, Brandon was incredibly thorough and hard-working. He didn’t rush the process at all, taking the time to ensure every high-traffic area and piece of furniture was treated properly. Because of his attention to detail, the results are excellent—everything looks completely refreshed and incredibly clean.
If you are booking with Zerorez, I highly recommend asking for Brandon. Professional, efficient, and dedicated to doing the job right. I will definitely be using them again!

The technician who performed the cleaning couldn't have been nicer, more helpful and friendly, plus his work was impeccable. Would love to have him on my next appointment if I only knew his name which I forgot to get. At first I was upset because I learned he would be late, and it was important to have the carpets cleaned that day, but when he came by, I realized he was perfect for the job because of his kind nature...and I was correct.

They do a great job! The carpets looked and smelled fresh, especially after dealing with pet odors. The technicians were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I also appreciate that the carpets dried quickly and there wasn’t any heavy chemical smell. I’d definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

Great service! From the initial contact everything was upfront and explained… they were flexible in my request to reschedule my area rug carpet cleaning and my technician was so kind and not pushy at all. He offered options for a more thorough cleaning to take to the shop,, but I felt my area rug was too old for that extra step I’d rather save my coins for a new rug by next year …my technician was understanding and did a fabulous job on our old area rug (over 20 yrs old rug). It looks amazing and I’d absolutely recommend Zerorez SD! 5 Stars!

Your crews that have come out in the past have always been on time, courteous and professional. They have done great work on cleaning our kitchen tile floor, cleaning chairs and our carpets.

Also, they let me know ahead of time if it was worth it for them to clran a rug so that I didn’t waste money !!

I am a repeat customer and have always been pleased with their service. However, this last time they called an hour before the end of the day and said they were running late and it would be after 5 p.m. if that was ok. I said yes, it has to be. I am moving tomorrow. They called at 5 p.m. and said the van broke down and they couldn't come out until tomorrow. I was understandably upset, as I was moving in the morning. She was very sympathetic to my distress and said she would put me on as the first job in the morning. So I had my son meet them there in the morning. Not only were they early, but they did not charge me. I will definitely continue to use them. Not only is their cleaning service excellent, but their customer service is too!

I love the great customer service , quick response and everyone has always been very nice and always a job well done. I like that they use no soap carpet always looks great.
