No big bulky machines that made a bunch of noise, just very smooth equipment that made it feasible to reach those tough spots. It's Atlanta so traffic can push back the time but the team was gracious when I had questions and kept me fully informed. DeShawn Willis was very informative, patient , and very professional with his work. He communicated things in a clear way and never hesitated to answer any questions, DeShawn was certainly key!

Technician was very professional, arrived on time and answered all questions that I had as well as made recommendations for treatment. We had our carpets cleaned by a Zerorez gentleman he was a very nice man and did a very good job our carpets are old and I didn't think he would be able to get them to look as good as he did, I don't remember his name but he was very nice and id a good job.
