Tony was very honest and professional. He explained that the carpet was very damaged and let us know that even after cleaning it would be in rough shape due to the condition and age. We asked him to continue and at least get all the nasty dirt out of it until it can be replaced in the near future.

Tony explained all the services he felt might be of interest to us but did not push for an answer. He did explain the furniture cleaning and we will be calling for that service as well as the duct work cleaning.

Tony did his job and quickly cleaned up his work and was quite the gentleman and friendly throughout the visit.

Zeroes really went above and beyond making sure our grout was cleaned properly. They even went as far as coming out a second time free of charger to make sure some problematic areas were addressed.

A problem with the original carpet cleaning was resolved quickly. Our carpet looks great now.

Quick drying and not stiff

Technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job on our air ducts and vents.

Tech was mannerable, polite and professional. Dre offered other available services to prolong the life of my carpet. I appreciated his recommendation. It was a delight to have him come into my home to work with expediency and care.

The young man who serviced our home was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. He took the utmost care to make sure my dogs didn't get out of the house and did a fabulous job making sure to wipe up the excess water from my wood floors.

Jordon was an excellent technician and a very nice person. The carpets were cleaned for a reasonable price. I was very pleased although I was concerned as the woman who took my order on the phone was extremely unpleasant. I almost cancelled my order as I feared that all of the employees might have the same attitude. She could use additional training in “customer service.” It would be a shame if other customers were turned off by her.
