We had Michael for our technician and he was fantastic. He was polite, right on time and gave us a heads up call before he arrived. Mike gave me some carpet maintenance tips and we also had good conversation about other things He was a fast worker that didn't miss anything. We'd gladly have him back and it has already been discussed for our next cleaning. I enjoy people who actually have a passion for their work. Mike didn't just move a steam vac, he actually knew a lot about how to locate and remove stains and keep things looking new. Carpet is actually a big investment and treating it right and maintaining it is important IMO. We had our new furniture dropped off today and because of the company and Michael Mccabe, our entertainment room looks brand new. We've used Z-ReZ for years and we'll continue to do so with service like this. Keep hiring quality people, it matters! Thank you and we'll see you soon.

I made an appointment on their website and they came the very next day. The technician, Ricardo, was very friendly, professional and efficient. He made sure he answered every one of our questions before he left. But the most amazing thing is how clean my carpets look. It looks fresh, like new. I've had my carpets cleaned twice before by another company and it did not look as good as it looks now.

Tech was very helpful in explaining the cleaning process. He took care with hoses so as not to damage any corners in our condo and did a great job cleaning the carpets.
