I had a wonderful service person, who took the time to walk around each room with me. There were many 'stains' and he pre-treated all of them and explained how a more powerful wash might be good. My carpet looks brand new and I swear, a shade lighter! I am so very pleased with the outcome! I actually have used Zerorez many times and plan to continue. Definitely, highly recommend! They offer some of the best deals in town periodically and that is when I book with them.

My living room carpet was in very bad, sad shape. It had a very heavy traffic pathway. It truly looked hopeless. It was neglected for a long time for the first time. I tried ZEROREZ for the first time as a tester to see if they were as good as they advertise on TV. The answer is yes! I was happy with the outcome. It actually exceeded my expectations. Jacob, the tech, was excellent. He cared for the carpet very carefully. He didn't give me false hope about my living room carpet becoming spotless. Said he would do his best. Well, his best was awesome. All the other areas he cleaned came out very nice as well. My carpet is very old. He recognized that fact and treated it well. We had a pet at one time so of course deodorizing was recommend. He also advised us what we can do to help the old carpets last longer. I must say, the first experience with Zerorez was not it vain. The price was reasonable, best of all, Jacob was very pleasant and professional as well. I will ask for him the next time. :-D

Wes called me at 1:45 saying he would be her in 15 minutes for our 2:00 appointment. He never showed or called back. At 2:45 I called the office. The dispatcher contacted Mike who showed up at 4:10. Mike was great and did a great job. I was disappointed that if I had not called back at 2:45, no one would have shown up at all.

After measuring our rooms Mike gave me an estimate. I was responding to an email offer saying 2 rooms for free if we purchased 2 rooms for $139. Mike told me that our family room measured closer to 400 sq ft and that would count as 2 rooms.

Mike then told me that a couple of years ago, 1 room was defined as 300 sq ft, then later one room was redefined as 250 sq feet and now one room is defined as 200 sq ft, I was surprised to hear this and I think that this is a very deceptive pricing practice. Our family room is a fairly standard size and the area being cleaned did not include the area under two couches which we did not move.

In the future, I will reconsider using your company because of what I feel are deceptive pricing practices.

Kyle was reliable, hard-working and knowledgeable. He worked really hard to clean our carpeting, rugs and grouting in the tile areas! Our house looks great and is really clean! The price was affordable also.
