We love Zerorez! The employees are always friendly and professional, and they do a great job on the carpet removing stains and odors. I also like how quickly it dries and doesn’t leave a film.

Very friendly and professional, will be using them again

The pre-treatment is always great for pet markings and very much improves a pleasant fragrance all through the house. Blake has cleaned our carpets a couple times and he is always very thorough, efficient, and professional. It’s a very refreshing improvement throughout the entire house after a long hot summer.

They ride within the window time and did not rush through very polite. Make sure I was pleased.

It was very clean

Our technician was was very professional and friendly. He told us what he was going to do and options to upgrade if we desire. Great job. looks fantastic.

My rugs look great and I have already told friends of mine about the excellent service I received.

Gabriel was great. Arrived on time, the rugs were cleaned well and he was very pleasant. However, there must have been a spill from the truck as dirty water was all over the road outside our house which stained the new tarmac. I spent half an hour hosing it off. I would recommend your company as the rug cleaning job itself was done well. I am just letting you know so that you can prevent future spills in front of someone's house. Thanks

On time, great service and service tech was great in terms of explaining services and options.
