Thank you Zerorez for a timely, thorough and professional job. I learned of your company via an advertising segment on the local news and also social media sites. Today, my Technician was (Eric O.) and he was excellent and provided a detailed service. I was quoted the time-frame of 8am-10am for my anticipated time. Eric contacted me via phone a little after 8am; and arrived to my home within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, he explained the process, educated me on additional option recommendations; which included the deep clean. This was recommended due to the state of certain areas of my carpet. I shared with him my experience with another company a year ago that didn't do a good job. Eric definitely, represented Zerorez well and his service met the standard of what I saw advertised. I am very pleased with the result; and more importantly the timeliness, professionalism and excellent customer service provide. Thanks, again (Eric O) and Zerorez. The tech was very nice, and informative about the services/product.

The technicians were very helpful. My apartment was too high up for them to use their usual setup, but they came back the next day with a portable set up.

One downside--the carpets stayed wet for longer than I expected.

Adam came to clean my living room carpet on a Tuesday, After it dried, it "woke up" a coke stain from several years ago. He came back and treated that spot again with only fair results. Last night he again returned with an "extractor" and was able to get it all out. I am so grateful since my home is going on the market soon.
Adam was very professional and friendly. I appreciate his persistence in getting this job done. Office staff were also very kind and helpful. I will l call them again!!

A friendly staff.

The service technician, Rannie, did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpets. An area that was heavily soiled with pet urine, he was able to completely remove with a pad extraction. Not only was he very knowledgeable in what he does, but very personable.
