My Saturday appointment to clean a sectional sofa went off without one hitch. The technician arrived at the beginning of the 10-1 time range. Great! He spent some time going over the project and process before bringing the equipment inside. Mr. T answered all of my questions and then went to work. Friendly, efficient, thorough, professional. Carpets and rugs were cleaned expertly. I won’t be renting a carpet cleaner from a grocery store anymore. Dry time was quick because water was sucked up - not like a rental and doing it myself. Great service.
