I really appreciated being able to go online, get a quote, and schedule my appointment. When the technician arrived, it was a breeze and he also noticed I overordered on the rooms. It was such a great experience, and I would recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family.
I’d give Zerorez a 10 for professionalism, friendliness, and overall cleaning quality. The only reason I’m not giving a full perfect score is that the carpets seemed overly saturated during the cleaning process, which unfortunately left behind some water staining afterward. Overall, the team was great to work with, but I do think a little more attention to moisture control during the cleaning would improve the final result.
