There was no odor, the cleaned area dried quickly ( within 2 hours).
The no residue, your technician this last time was the best ever. I don’t think any of the previous technicians ever pre-sprayed which he told me is supposed to be normal procedure. Hopefully, next year we get the same tech again or somebody that knows what they’re doing properly.

The customer service was amazing from the tech who answered the phone and set up my service to the young man who picked up my rug as well as the 2 young men who dropped it back off. They were very professional, very respectful, and even went above and beyond to make sure it was placed exactly where I needed it. My area rug was heavily stained with pet stains and it came back looking new like the day I bought it. It smelled amazing and felt clean

The man that came to clean the carpets was very nice and professional. It was really hot out that day and he still did a wonderful job. He even took a moment to greet my dogs that I had block off in a different room. They were excited he was there!
