They showed up on time and were friendly but professional. We walked the job and I was asked if I had any questions. They then went right to work and seemed through. After they finished we walked the areas to make sure I was satisfied with the job done. They then packed away their tools and then walked the areas again to make sure everything was as it should be and then left.

I’ve had you clean my carpets since 2013. Always on time, reasonable costs. The only suggestion I would make is for the people answering the phone to speak clearly especially when they are calling me to ask if they could come earlier.

The technician, Valentino, was running ahead of schedule and gave me a call to see if he could start earlier than scheduled. That actually worked great for me, so I appreciated it. Valentino noticed a tall vase that we hadn't moved and asked if he could move it so it didn't get bumped by the hoses. He was very friendly and very thorough. My partner and I both agreed that the results far exceeded our expectations. Some of the carpet in our house is 21 years old, and the cleaning brightened it up a lot. We were extremely pleased with the service.

This is the second time we have used Zerorez in one month and they are exemplary. We will never use any other company.
