Good product, but the real differentiator was the outstanding service and above-and-beyond effort from the employee who cleaned our home. He was polite, professional, incredibly thorough, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.
He worked extremely hard on both our carpets and tile, paid close attention to the areas that needed it most, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He was also friendly, easy to work with, and very conscientious about making sure I was happy with the results.
I really could not have been happier with the service I received. The results were excellent, but just as impressive was the effort, professionalism, and care he put into the job. He represented Zerorez exceptionally well and deserves recognition for the outstanding work he did.

We had lots of small spots on our carpet throughout the house from small kids and pets. All of them were gone once the clean was finished. It was a quick process and the associate explained everything before we got started. He answered any and all questions I had as well.
