The technician arrived ahead of his scheduled time. He walked through the rooms with me pointed out stains and a couple of areas where there was evidence that the previous owner had pets. He brought in his equipment and immediately started. When he finished
, he explained what he did and drying time. We inspected the rooms and saw that he removed stains that he wasn't sure would come out.
