Also when I called at approximately 12 noon to ask an approximate time tech would arrive I was told he was working in Dacula and would be there awhile so it would be the latter end of my timeframe of 12-noon.

I then decided to run out to do an errand and then 15 mins later I get a message tech would be there in 25 mins. I had to turn around.

What a fiasco.

ZeroRez always makes my carpets look so good. I have some high traffic areas that get a lot of spotting and ZeroRez uses every trick in the book to get those areas looking the best they can look for the upcoming holiday season.
