Zerorez is a good company that does quality work. And if they don’t, they fix it!
The carpets looks great after they were cleaned
Friendly and professional technician.
They came back and reserviced some high traffic areas that hadn’t gotten as clean as usual in the previous appointment. The crew did a super job, very thorough and conscientious, and made sure all locations were redone with the usual ZeroRez high quality. We are very satisfied. We’ve used ZR several times in the past and will continue to do so. They really stand by their work.
Great team. They did an exceptional job.
Derrick, our technician was so personable, told us exactly what to expect, and did an excellent job on our carpeting and area rugs. Well done and thank you!!!
Quick and easy
The job was excellent with unexpected results. The technician was also excellent, pleasant, and worked hard! We will definitely come back!
I loved how I was provided options based on my needs! Gerald was amazing!
It was super easy to book, the deal was excellent, and the result was fantastic!
Evan, our carpet cleaner, let me know he was on his way, so we had time to vacuum and out up the baby gate for our pup. When he arrived, he was very thorough and explained everything very well. He took extra care with my pup here, ensuring the door was closed when he wasn't using it. Everything was dry about 4 hours later, so just in time for dinner.
He cleaned three rooms, our hallway, and our sectional, and was respectful of our things. I also liked that the smell wasn't bad and dissipated quickly. I gave him a generous tip because he did so well and I would use him again!
Thanks for a great job!
