The last Technician was SIMPLY OUTSSSSSTANDING, GREAT, SUPER and FANTASTIC!!!!!! He was on time, did the best job I have ever seen done on a carpet and we own several facilities. He was also friendly and easy to be around. Give that guy a RAISE!!!!!

The carpet & upholstery was cleaned to perfection and the tech, Waylon, was on time & very efficient.

Dillan notified us as he headed our way. He explained what areas needed ( pet application) and if stains ( coffee, etc) would lift. Once started, Dillan thoroughly treated areas as needed and then cleaned. I am grateful that the drying time for carpet is reduced! Dillan helped us understand pricing and the best package price! Our carpet was pretty dirty, the man did a good job cleaning it, but it does have a few streeks that I feel could have been cleaned better. All in all a good job.
