Allowing a stranger into your home, going from room to room unsupervised, is a little nerve-racking. The last thing I want to see is someone who looks like they just got out of prison, full of tattoos and attitude. The young man you sent was none of that. He was professional in appearance and behavior. He made me feel comfortable pretty quickly. He did the job very well and his communication was as good as it could have possibly been. IN THE PST I HAVE USED ZEROREZ GROUT CLEANING. NO OTHER METHOD CAN GET THE GROUT SO CLEAN.
