Friendly and effective

The process doesn't leave the carpets saturated with water so the carpets dry quickly. The techs were professional and polite.

Agent was pleasant and very helpful. Stone floors and grout look amazing. They have never looked this good. Should have asked if there was some technique for getting area rugs to dry flat. Chair came out looking much better. Will definitely use services again.

My technician was on time and gave a timely notice as to when he would arrive. He was conscientious when bringing equipment into house and w furniture and wall corners. He gave extra effort to the couple of stains to make sure they were removed from carpet best he could. He did not rush and was professional. Highly recommend this technician

cleaned carpets well, curteous technician

Dylan did a great job on the carpets that he did. What he didn't do was move the plastic carpet mat from under my wifes desk and do that small piece of carpet. I realize that I didn't move it earlier, but it wouldn't have taken him 10 seconds to move it and do a complete job. So now entering my wifes office everything has been cleaned but around her desk. I would like to say great job , but my grandmother taught me not to lie.

The thing that bothers me is that it is such a small thing that should have been done without a thought or concern on Dylan's part. Its not even a " going the extra mile" concern, its what should be done without a though on a daily basis in my mind.

No harsh products. Very efficient employees. Very informed.
