Friendly service people, listen to my questions and give understandable answers. They show up on time and work quickly. Cost was a good amount each time we have used this service, so we will continue using this company.
The employee you sent out, Mark, who appeared to be in charge, went over and beyond to help us out. He explained things in depth and to my satisfaction. He also managed to get my dryers hose reconnected for us, which was a huge favor that he said didn't take him but a few minutes.
He convinced me to spray the vents with something he described as something akin to clear coating the whole system. It was another $140 and unexpected.
It did however, seem to make the air coming through smell fresh. Definitely was a difference.
But, as someone who was a professional painter for 30 plus years, I can't explain how the cost was so high? He only spent litteraly a few minutes doing it downstairs? I didn't see a spray can of what he used? No spray rig of course, either? Thought he walked back up empty handed, so not sure how it was done? If I were running product through a spray rig for that short of time, it hardly seems that the cost of the product and his labor could account for the high price?
Mark explained that it helps to keep the system clean and slick and protects against quick, future buildup. The process makes sense but I just wonder how many pass it up because of the cost? I almost did and is why I really couldn't leave the guys a tip.
Sorry to say, it felt like I was getting a bit gouged with the pricing. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with not just Mark but the whole crew. All very polite and conscientious.

Doesn’t leave tons of chemicals behind. We can move furniture back to rooms within 24 hours because floors are dry.
The service request was easily accomplished. The contact after the appointment was made was informative and consistent. The confirmation of the scheduled appointment arrived electronically several times.
I was also called in advance prior to the arrival of the technician, which I greatly appreciated.

The tech came in and made my old carpet look brand new and smell amazing! He was able to get most stains out of the carpet, including paint, makeup, etc. VERY happy with the way it turned out!!!

Grant did a first-rate job. He arrived on time, was dressed in company attire (neat, clean, and professional).
Before starting, he assessed the job and what it would take to clean the carpets to our satisfaction. Grant explained what he would do and how long it would take. When he was finished, the carpets were cleaned so well they almost looked new.
