my technician (Stephen Coleman) was fantastic. friendly and professional. he did quality work and everything he said to expect is what i experienced.
your technique for carpet cleaning is wonderful. no more crunchy carpets after “shampooing”.
once dried, and i did a vacuuming, the carpet material was soft to the touch. these carpets were in very rough shape. years of neglect and years of dirty shoes and pets had made them literally gross. but they were no match for your cleaning system!

Zerorez did a great job on my aunts carpet. Removed a lot of stains. I liked that the cleaner wore booties over his shoes. He placed these cone like protectors on areas where the hoses could potentially hit/rub on the furniture.
