Technician on time, quick, tidy, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable. Product used did not leave any fragrance or smell, which is very important. However, price was double the initial quote. Was a bit difficult to know the number to call for appointment . Making on line appointment was encouraged but difficult if one has questions.

I have been a Zerorez customer for a long time. This young man was very nice, respectful and helpful! I would recommend to him in the future. Carpet came out very clean and I am very satisfied!

Our technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and hard working. There were some very nasty stains on the carpet and when he was finished it looked brand new! He went above and beyond to service a hard to reach apartment in a senior living complex. This is the second time we had Zerorez here and we would always come back.

Sean was serviceman for our furniture and carpet cleaning. He was fantastic! I would rate a 10 out of 10 for him. He worked his tail off to clean up our white couches and stools. Four pets are a lot to try to remedy and he honestly did the best job. Incredibly respectful, too! If you are lucky enough to get him as your serviceman for your needs, he will do a fantastic job!
