Zerorez is a great company. We’ve used them 4 or 5 times for carpet cleaning and they always do a great job. We just got our air ducts cleaned and it really seems to make a difference.

The technician (I forgot his name) was very professional and did an excellent job. He was on time, called ahead, explained everything, worked efficiently, and made sure to show me things as he went along and was done. I appreciated all of that.
The one thing I did not like was being prompted for a tip. This is a professional job. It is absurd to be put on the spot in front of someone for a tip for this work. I don't like feeling pressured like that and based on all the national conversation about "tipping culture" being out of control, neither do most other people. That should be removed.
