Great service. Thank you
Your technician T. J. is outstanding.
Guarantee their work
Zerorez came out twice to fix spots that returned - Thank You!
Process to obtain service was clear and quick. Staff was professional and polite. Staff returned promptly to take care of one room that needed further cleaning.
Excellent Service! On time, great personality, explained the extant problems and proposed solutions.
Shoot! I couldn’t finish. I had to leave this for a minute, and it all disappeared. This will be shorter.
In the past 28 years, I have personally cleaned my carpets. I’ve had them professionally cleaned and Zeroex has done it at least once.
I don’t know what changed, but I’d never had Cory clean my floors. It was noticeably better than any other time. Thanks, Cory!
They always do a great job. Communication is good. I have used them several times. They will always explain extra services but not with the hard upsells.
Staff was professional and very helpful.
Easy to communicate with. Paid attention to detail.
Love that it's all natural and no residue! Carpets really do stay clean longer. No living with toxic chemicals or fragrances. Just clean environment for our family, including with our pet. Home feels more homey and fresh.
Your technician is very detailed and thorough. I appreciate him doing a well done job!
No soapy residue
Very friendly and was able to get out the stains our fur babies made.
Tommy was fabulous!
Auggie was a delight to work with from start to finish. He came in prepared and clearly knew his stuff--getting up close and personal with each problem spot (potty training puppy..) to determine what level of service it would need. He had a part break partway through but resolved the issue quickly and without issue. If I could request him for all future cleans, I definitely would.
On time, efficient and thorough
I like how the lead man ask me questions about stains and exactly where I wanted them to clean. He explained to me and my husband about what makes their water different and how that cleans better. They were so careful about protecting the corners of the doorways.(I ve never seen that done before) and they wore shoe coverings even on the dirty carpet they were going to clean. I was impressed by that. It did take 24 hours longer to dry than I was told it would. But I expected that as it always does. I was very happy with the end result even though the price was too high for the walk ways in the bedrooms. My only complaint was the lead man arrived in very dirty clothes and an oil odor and dirty hands and appeared as if he had just walked away from an auto repair job. Not very professional at all.
Dependable, professional and on time!
It's very easy to set up an appointment. Our tech called 30 minutes ahead to let us know his ETA, arrived on time, and did the job very quickly! We just have two sets of stairs we get cleaned every so often but we've used Zerorez every time and have been very happy with them!
I liked how easy it was to book a service. Justin was great onsite and the house really felt clean from the service performed.
Highly recommend ! John Jackson was our tech and he was wonderful. Kind, professional, worked very hard, explained everything to my elderly mother, did a wonderful job and should be commended. We requested him because he did my daughter’s house.
The guy that come to clean was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. He did a fantastic job!
I would highly recommend Zerorez!
Carpet looks good. Nice service man. Only took an hour.
Love the fact that the product used is pet friendly and does not have any strong smell. It was cleaned professionally and the gentleman who cleaned it was very kind and had professional manners.
Efficient doesn’t over sale or push extra products or services.
Excellent job of cleaning our carpets. Staff is courteous and professional.
The carpet dries faster than other services that use water.
Every technician has been very professional and always asks if I’m satisfied with the cleaning before they leave.
