The service tech that came was very nice. Introduced himself and even put shoe covers on before coming into my house. ( old farm house foot covers not needed )😆
Stephen went into the two bedrooms and I showed him some stained places that were there. He made an estimate which matched the one I had gotten over the phone and then he went to work. I liked the fact that they use these guards on the edges of the cabinets and door frames to keep the hoses from rubbing. Afterwards he had me inspect both rooms and I was extremely happy with the results. I have used other carpet cleaning companies with very poor results. This was my first time using Zero Rez and I will only be using them from now on. Don’t waste your money on other companies. Use Zero Rez FIRST!!! You won’t be disappointed. 😊
