Jarrett shows up as promised, does a great job, the price is reasonable, and making the appointments with Dawn is pleasant and easy-peasy. I have used the company, Zerorez, for 5 years and will continue to do so. I believe it is a worthwhile investment in both health and hygiene and the life of the carpet.

I was able to make an appointment for the next, didn’t have wait. Technician Juan was very friendly, helpful and professional. Juan was able to remove multiple stains that another company said; they weren’t able to remove. I will use Zerorez from now on.

Pricing was fair and the tech seemed very capable.

The tech called to tell us he was 10 minutes away, which I liked. Also he knew a lot about carpets and he gave us some good advice to keep them looking good. It was a very hot day, and the tech was working hard to do a good job. Too bad he didn't have a helper, but he hung in there and finished the job. The carpets look great.
