Client Testimonials

Guy, our technician, was tremendous. His competence and thoroughness and kindness were standout.

Our service technician did such a fabulous job. He was extremely enthusiastic, happy to be there. I ended up throwing more items at him and he was excited to do them. I have to go back and find his name because I would request him again. Thank you

Your product performed exactly as advertised. Your service team delivered outstanding customer care, with special recognition to your front-line staff. When the team faced the unexpected challenge of a van breakdown, another colleague quickly stepped in with their own van to ensure the cleaning was completed. Witnessing this level of teamwork was impressive, and as a customer, I appreciated the dedication to getting the job done despite the setback. The cleaning itself was thorough and professionally executed, and I will definitely be returning.

You’re a very good company. Excellent workers. I have used your company for years. Best company.

Your carpet cleaning services are the best I have ever experienced. Appointment: On time; business associate: Courteous and professional. Cost: Reasonable. I would highly recommend ZeroRes to anybody

Everything was good!

Erica was very attentive to stains and worked hard to remove them. The carpet looks great.

We had Zerorez do both vent duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, and they coordinated scheduling to get both the same day to minimize the hassles of moving furniture around.

Duct crew (Dallin and Carson) were first up and did a great job despite the challenges of some oddball design features in our ducting. Their specialized super high volume vacuum truck sucked out (too) many years accumulation of dirt, dust and crud and left everything clean. I think that has improved the efficiency of our A/C unit too. Excellent job cleaning up when done.

Matt the carpet cleaner took over as soon as the duct crew left. He was careful to use corner guards to protect wall corners from the hoses as he worked thru the house. We had all the carpets done and the difference is amazing. Yeah, they are still fairly well worn 30 year old carpet, but CLEAN old carpet. At the last minute we asked him to add on a small oriental type rug at the front entrance. Being wool instead of synthetic he needed to switch to a different product, which he did cheerfully and efficiently. It was unbelievable how much dirt came out of that thing! It was sort of drab brown when he started but he got out so much dirt and crud that it revealed all sorts of white, red and blue colors.

Yes, Zerorez might cost more than some of the other guys, but they have the RIGHT equipment and experienced crews who really know what they are doing, and care about doing it right, so it is worth any price difference.

Did a great job.
Very professional.

No residue.

I was amazed at the difference the Zerorez cleaning made in the look of my carpet. I have used other cleaners before and was NOT pleased at all.

I was very pleased with the overall user experience and customer journey from beginning to end. The website was very informative. It was easy to schedule an appointment aligned with my specific needs. The follow up emails and text messages ensured I had the resources needed to prepare and appropriate contact information if you had questions.

The technician, AJ called ahead of time and was able to come earlier. He gets an A+ rating. AJ was courteous, informative, and did great follow up after his work was completed. The payment process was easy and my floors, steps and chair look FABULOUS. If you could see what they looked like before, you would REALLY understand how impressive this was.

Thanks for a job well done and a positive experience. It left a HUGE smile on my face. You now have a brand loyal customer. I have already recommended you to others. Keep up the great work.
