I like the personalization that the techs gave us on what we wanted done and made sure that we had all of the information so that we could make an informed decision throughout the whole process. Then, he did a GREAT job on our VENTS and our CARPETS. I didn't realize what a BIG difference that a "fiber protector" can have on our carpets until I started having it put on while they were there! It just seems so perfect that they have the "no residue" type of cleaning, the EXTRACTION type of cleaning (which I found out that is the ONLY WAY to actually REMOVE the soil FROM MY CARPET). Those "quick drying time" companies don't seem to Extract the carpet but rather just swirl the carpet, dirt and moisture around to make it look good. But, Zerorez TAKES THE SOILS OUT of my carpet. That is what is needed. Then, they are very professional and courteous in each part of working with them. I found my carpet cleaners for good!
