Noah got here even before the appointed time (yes, I was asked). He took his time getting the high traffic areas cleaned. He communicated with me what he was going to do and what he was using.
The carpets were dry in just a few hours. We were very pleased.
The 2 carpets (a bedroom and living room) that were cleaned, had a few soiled areas that other steam cleaner businesses cleaned initially but then those areas came up still. I tested Zerorez for a week in watching this, and the areas stayed completely clear!

The technician was very respectful and explained the cleaning procedure, and walked through the rooms before beginning the carpet cleaning. He then asked me to check the rooms carpet
for any concerns I had. A job well done.
