I was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning that Colten did for us he explained everything before and after the job, he is very customer focused as well. I also like the fact that no strong chemicals are used, I was very pleased.

Zero-rez is extremely reliable. I use them everytime I have a rental turn-over and the results always come out incredible. I was grateful for Zero-rez to do the job that they did here in Blythewood on 18 May, 2026. Keon completed all three rooms with their advertised sale price right now going on which i was grateful for because my carpets needed a lot of loving. While at my property, Keon the service technician completed a sanitation job in the laundry room to clean the grout and tiles of the room, and it came out beautifully. Following that he hit both the master, guest bedroom and master closet with the carpet cleaning, pet deodorizer, and bruised the carpets afterwards. Lastly he went over the carpets with a carpet protector solution. The carpets are currently drying and so far, no stains have lifted back up. Grateful for Zero-rez. Highly recommend them over anyone else. They are promote, get the job done right and incredibly friendly. Great management team, and hardworking staff.

Very professional, on time, and carpets look great. However, it’s awkward when the technician asks for a tip. Everyone knows they don’t make minimum wage, so please don’t put the customer in a position of tipping or not after paying over $700 for a carpet cleaning.
