I have been a customer for over 10 years and I really like your customer service but above all the product of carpet cleaning truly does wonders for my carpets.
The cleaning of our tile and carpet exceeded our expectations. Blake was very professional, thorough and conscientious and always asked if we had any questions. Our only glitch was that our cleaning was double booked with another and so we couldn't get started for over an hour after our scheduled 2-hour window. Blake was very apologetic and kept me updated on arrival time and regardless, he did everything to make sure we were satisfied and worked very hard to give us the best possible outcome.
Got the job done and videoed the results. Lots of dirt vacuumed out of the vents. Josh and Brandon were very nice and professional.
