The technician was excellent

This is the second time I have had my carpets cleaned by ZeroRez. I am very happy with their knowledgeable technicians and the results I get from their thorough service. The reason I only gave them a 9 was they were late on my appt time. My appt was 8 to 11 on a Friday morning. The technician was delayed at a previous appt and didn't arrive until 2pm. No one called to let me know of this delay. and even after I called them, they seemed unaware of this problem!!

Good service

Technician Ricky came and helped us with the cleaning of our new sofa after one of our pets had an accident on it. So far the smell is gone, it’s been drying so we are optimistic. Thanks for your service

the representative, Brian, did an excellent job. The day before his arrival we had someone who took A PHOTO of my front door and left. I was right there watching him drive off and he said no one was at home. I do not know who this rep was but I am glad Brian was able to do my job.

I would never use any other service. Zerorez is the best at cleaning carpets. The people who come out are very professional. When they leave your carpet looks like it did on the day it was installed. I have a friend who says the same thing.

Polite service, thorough, and fast drying

Did a great job on old pee spot,when they used anew treatment to flood the carpet and pad with a solution then suck it up . First time we heard of it and it worked great. Spot had been treated many times before with just the carpet cleaned in the usual manner and spot treatment and it never worked until
