I normally clean my own carpets, but I needed them to be properly refreshed and cleaned by Zerorez and their specialized patented water. Good arrival time and completed the task in a timely manner. Thanks Zerorez!

I like the concept of zero residue and your technicians are always so nice

This my first experience with Zerorez. My home is 49 years old and still has the original carpet. It was a model home so there were upgrades but because of a medical condition, I now needed to have a company that could really do a thorough job without leaving a bunch of chemicals behind. When I first called Zerorez, "Jack" took my call and patiently answered all my questions and concerns and so I decided to give Zerorez a try. This was probably one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. The cleaner they assigned me, "Christian", showed up exactly on time and got right to work. We had a brief conversation about how he was going to proceed and I decided to retire upstairs and leave him to do his job. He finished in a little less than two hours and then went over exactly what he had done and I was amazed. My poor old carpet had sprung to life and Christian had made a beautiful Sunburst pattern with his vacuum that literally covered every square inch in both rooms, clearly showing that the entire carpet in each of those rooms had been thoroughly treated and cleaned. The staircase, which had been very soiled, now visibly looked as though someone had washed it! It was fluffy and almost a shade lighter! Everything looked incredible! Christian was just amazing at how thorough he had cleaned these areas. No smell, no odor, no running eyes, not one regret in hiring Zerorez. Two of my neighbors came over and after seeing the results of this cleaning, one of them already has signed up for a Zerorez appointment next week and her sister has also decided to get the carpets in her house cleaned by this same company. I find myself showing off my newly cleaned carpets to everyone who comes by. I really am so happy with the job, the price and the end result of getting my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. I thoroughly recommend them.
