Quick and professional job

Updating my review - Dave was technician for carpet cleaning - - thorough and professional. My carpets are perfect and cleaned very well. He was respectful of my home and my crazy dogs. Zerorez is the only company I use and will use. All the guys who have come out have been amazing. Zerorez offers lots of services and will be having my area rug cleaned next. Thank you Zerorez.

I have had ZEROREZ clean my carpets and tiler floors for the past 8 years. On Monday May4,2026 Tamari Wooley (service technician) cleran our 2 bedroom carpets and 1100 square feet of ceramic tile. He did an EXCLLENT JOB. Very thorough, efficient and pleasant. I will request him next year for our floors toi bde cleaned.

Having our rugs cleaning professionally was tough decision. One because our rooms are large, two because our rooms have rather large furniture heavy furniture and lastly, we aren’t as young as we used to be and moving furniture is not easy for us. Having said all of that, we prepped each room and were excited about having clean carpet. The technician suggested prepping the carpet with a pet cleaner which we agreed to since we knew there were pet stains although we also considered it an up-sale ploy. Jose said he was giving us a discount, so we said yes. After all is said and done, our 15 yr old carpet definitely looks better than before Zerorez cleaned them. Yes, we’d have them back especially when they are having specials on their services.
