I am sorry I am forgetful and my grandog is very against anyone coming in the house but he liked him. we did go outside so he could get his work done. The carpets look great and stains are gone. The carpets do dry a lot quicker and also they check to see if you had any concerns or questions. Thanks so much!!

The carpet cleaning by Zerorez makes my carpet look like new. Any and all spots have disappeared and the carpet looks refreshed. Ian did a wonderful job. I’m especially impressed with the quick drying time as the carpet was not soaked. Ian was efficient, thorough, and very personable.

Hayaat was excellent. He provided us with great information about the cleaning process. He addressed all of our questions and did a great job cleaning the carpet and the tile floor. He got the upholstery chairs much cleaner.
