This is my first time hiring your company, and I was very pleased with Mario, the serviceman who came out. The communication he provided me when he was on his way, the professionalism while he was here and the quality and exceptional carpet cleaning he did for my four rooms. He was thorough and explained the process and the treatment. All my corners of my baseboards were protected with plastic corner protectors. Very impressed and very happy with the way the carpets look after he was done.

I had two stubborn stains in my carpet. Zero Rex made three trips to help remove them. They went above and beyond to make me happy with their service.

Friendliness and efficiency

The technician was prompt, courteous and informative about the services offered. The only downside is the upselling. I did go for the deodorizer, but for the life of me a I cannot fathom why this would not be included as part of the normal service. Other than that, the service was good.
