Although it took a couple days to schedule our rug's return, when Tyrone brought it the rug was well wrapped in brown paper and taped up. He unrolled it and helped us get the furniture placed on it. The rug looks brand new (it's at least 15 years old) and smells nice and clean.
I had thought about replacing it, but am so glad I opted not to.

We had Danny do our Living Room Carpet and Gabriel came to do our Guesthouse Carpet and Tile. Both extremely professional and probably the best service we ever received from Zerorez. The guesthouse Carpet had spots and spills and it's as clean as new. The grout is also cleaner than we can remember!
