Easy to work with, very communicative, professional

The tech that came to our home was timely, efficient, had a pleasant personality, and did a fantastic job !! We have a Yorkie puppy that was unfortunately sick for a couple of weeks, so we had several spots of "OOPS" on our carpet. He took his time to make sure that these stains were completely removed, and put on a protective layer to keep it from staining again. I would highly recommend Zerorez. We are return customers and have always had good results !!
