I had Zerorez out this week for two different cleanings: air ducts and carpets. There were two techs for the air ducts and one for the carpets. All three of these men were very professional and well trained. They all went about their work in a very efficient way. They were all very courteous to my wife and me. The finished products on both cleanings were excellent. I would recommend these two services from Zerorez.

The end result is amazingly better than other regular carpet cleaners. It was easy to schedule and the technician was very nice and professional.

The service was very reasonably priced, the service date was not only just two days after I booked it but the technician Joseph even showed up a few hours early. Joseph was extremely professional, very knowledgeable in his trade and very well aware of his product, I am a motorcycle salesman and while I did respectfully decline the “upsell” (for lack of a better word), I feel it is important to note that Joseph thoroughly explained the benefits of the bio-treatment and if I wasn’t moving out of the residence I would’ve gladly took him up on the whole package. From one salesperson to another, Joseph is a Gem. He also made sure to inform me of all the services that Zerorez offers and because of Joseph’s professionalism and outstanding work ethic, there will be more business in the future.

Technician was super knowledgeable and gave us his honest opinion on what would work best on our carpets. He also states our carpet has been well taken care of even after 4 years and it’s never been professionally cleaned. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, used to have a 14 year old male dog who didn’t know where he was towards the end of his life and would pee on the floor and one of my cats will angry pee when she’s mad. I was mortified what came up on the blue light but he assured me it wasn’t bad and he could get it all out. The spots that I know were the angry pees came up flawlessly and there is no smell which SHOCKED me. We will be requesting him in the future! He also was very nice to try to be as quiet as possible while our newborn was sleeping which was very considerate of him even though she can sleep thru a tornado.

The service is GREAT!!! Brian and Chris were awesome. They cleaned our duct system and our dryer vent. They both were very friendly, knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were going to do.
